Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall, with clean and comfortable rooms in block 5, a short walk from the amenities. However, we did encounter some unwanted visitors outside and inside our room. The air conditioning and balcony straight to the green lawn were nice touches.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, from the receptionists to the Tui reps who kept us informed. However, we found the adult's pool to be too cold, lacking parasols for sun protection. The swim-up pool bar looked inviting but the water was freezing.

The walkway/bridge with a night-time bar added a fun touch, although the uneven heating in the pool divided opinions. The outside restaurant La Choza provided a pleasant dining experience.
